It also proves an ideal choice for those who want easy access to Rome's Olympic Stadium.
The Space
The apartment is located on the second floor of a 1930s building, equipped with an elevator and a lovely inner courtyard with private gardens, perfect for accommodating 2 or 3 guests.

Our dream is for our guests to experience Rome not as mere visitors, but as real Romans.
How? By offering a unique experience in a property that preserves the soul of a 1930s Roman apartment in Rione XXII (Prati), enriched with modern touches that preserve the charm of an original home.

Within Rione XXII Apartment you will find:

A cozy hallway connecting all the rooms, enriched by paintings we have created with practical information about the neighborhood and the city.

A comfortable living room for relaxing, equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a desk for working, a sofa (which can become a French bed for a third guest), and an extra closet.

A large, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Moka) and a gas stove with 4 burners. Everything you need to feel like home.

A balcony accessible from the kitchen, overlooks a charming inner courtyard with private gardens. On the balcony is the boiler for continuous hot water.
Smoking is allowed here, using the ashtray provided.

A bathroom equipped with a bathtub with stall, toilet, sink and bidet.
We offer towels (one medium and one large per person) and dispensers with soaps.
For stays longer than one week, change of sheets and towels is free; for shorter stays, it is available at a cost of €25.

A spacious room with a queen-size bed, private closet and air conditioning for optimal comfort.

Guest Access
You will have access to all spaces in the apartment, reserved exclusively for you, except for the closet, which remains locked in because it is used by the cleaning staff as storage.
