One bedroom has a queen bed, the other 1 king which can be separated to twins. Ceiling fans in each room plus new HVAC.

Fenced in front and backyards including a grill - perfect for entertaining and lounging. Outdoor shower. Secure, gated driveway for two cars with private alleyway entrance, plus plenty of on-street parking. Full size washer/dryer.
