This meticulously designed space features five distinctive sets, perfect for filming sessions, themed gatherings, and more.

An additional boudoir set is available for an extra fee, ensuring your exclusive use of the space with no simultaneous bookings from different parties.

A medical room set is also available for an additional fee, with access limited to experienced professionals. On filming days, a designated preparation room is provided, complete with a coffee and tea station and bathroom facilities. The upstairs area spans approximately 627 sq. ft. (58.2 sq m) and is equipped with six pieces of apparatus, a dining table for two, and a five-shelf unit showcasing various props.

The boudoir set features a grand rococo-style double bed, a television, cozy armchair, and elegant decor. The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge, dishwasher, and offers complimentary tea and coffee. The room also features an en-suite bathroom and an additional toilet.
