House has been refurbished for vacation. Spacious, quiet. Safe, clean and airy. With fans we are 20 minutes from Penedo and 40 minutes from Mauá by car. Very close to the center of Resende and AMAN. Live this experience. Escape the high hotel prices. You and your friends can prepare snacks and meals in our fully-equipped kitchen. There's a barbecue and a shower. House with suite and air conditioning, and a small room for singles, large living room. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, fans, 2 Smart TVs, hair dryer, washing machine (we charge a small fee for use) and garage. Entrance and garage shared with my sister. The house is separated by a wall. For extra guests, we put a mattress in the living room. Guaranteed comfort. You'll feel right at home. Gourmet area
