Apartment with Terrace in the Center

- Notify arrival time at least two days in advance to arrange access to the facility - Respect the silence at night (from 10 pm to 07 am). - Pay the city taxes of 6€/night/person (over 10 years old) directly at the facility in ******** in case Abnb does not take care of it directly as per the agreements made with the municipality of Rome. - Signing the tourist lease contract - in Italy there is an obligation to register each guest at the police headquarters. Each staying guest will have to present a valid identity document in order to be registered. - present all documents required by Italian law in order to stay - it is not possible to accommodate people other than those duly registered upon arrival - According to the law (Presidential Decree No. ********) the maximum allowed temperature cannot exceed 20°C. This limit is imposed both to limit the impact on pollution (air quality) and for the health of each inhabitant. The comfort temperature is reported to be 19°C. In Rome, heaters are allowed to be turned on from November 15 and no later than April 15. Any penalties for improper use will be directed to the guest for payment. - Arrivals after 8 p.m. are to be arranged and an extra €30 will be charged. After 11 pm the extra charge is 50€. - It is located on the second floor of an Umbertinian period building, and there are two flights of stairs to access the apartment. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR! - There is air conditioning only in the living area and not in the bedroom.
