Ailsbach is located between Aischgrund and Steigerwald in northern Middle Franconia.

Our little diamond in the rough is located on the edge of the small village of 300 souls. Freshly renovated, the view through the door and windows reveals a new and modern charm to make you feel at home. The outdoor area will be tackled in 2025.

However, you can already use almost 1000 square meters of fenced area here.

As former dog owners, we have made a point of making vacations with dogs as pleasant as possible. Behind the house you have access to a large garden with lots of grass. If you follow the road for a good 150 meters, you will find direct access to a nice walking route, at the start of which there is also a dog toilet.

We have already prepared a few things for the four-legged friends to make their stay as pleasant as possible. Of course, not only ********-legged friend is welcome. If you have more than 4 dogs, please contact us in advance.

The vacation home is equipped with a full kitchen and a large fridge-freezer for dog owners who bark or prepare their dog food fresh.

The steep staircase to the second floor is secured with a stair gate for children and dogs. If you don't want to climb the stairs, there is also sleeping accommodation on the first floor.

There is also fast internet and a home office workstation for a suitable workstation.

Thanks to good transport links to the A3, you are within driving distance of Würzburg, Kitzingen, Erlangen, Fürth and Nuremberg. Day trips to the vineyards in Lower Franconia and to cities such as Erlangen, Nuremberg or Fürth are therefore easily possible.

You can park your car directly in front of the door, please leave the garage door open, or use the gravelled area at the rear of the property.
