Room in very comfortable apartment, ideal for accommodating
1 0 2 people. Located on the 11th floor of a building with 3 elevators. The house is divided into living room with TV corner, dining room, kitchen area, a large bathroom, a bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom and a terrace where you can smoke.
The Sesto Marelli red line subway station is a 20-minute walk away, with the 700 bus stop in front of the building being 13 minutes away and similarly 15 minutes if you want to take one of the two buses nearby (53 or 713).
From Sesto Marelli it is 21 minutes to the Duomo.
The apartment is new and equipped with all comforts, several TVs, wifi, air conditioning/heat pump, supermarket under the house a few meters, as well as tobacconist, ice cream store, pharmacy and various stores.
The area is residential, quiet and strategic to reach all major areas in the heart of Milan.
Parks nearby for relaxing or jogging.
You will share the apartment with me living there and I will sleep in the living room, hosting you/you in the master bedroom. Linens provided and included
