Modern shared apartment where you can sleep in a large new double sofa. 5 min. from subway station ( ISTRIA - M5 ), 20 min. from city center. Free parking available near the building. Nudist guests are welcome. 40% discount for one-month reservations.
The apartment is completely new and furnished with washing machine, electric oven and microwave, coffee maker with capsules included, big screen Smart Tv, NETFLIX, new furniture everywhere, new bathroom with big shower and Dumbbells and other weights for those who need to work out a bit at home. It is the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in Milan and includes a fully equipped kitchen and free wi-fi.
A basic breakfast with coffee, tea, cookies, pastries, etc. is included. You will share the apartment with me, I live there, but sometimes I am not there--for more information write to me privately.
If you plan to come to Milan for business, fashion week, design week, tourism, shopping or if you plan to visit RHO - FIERA (exhibition area), this is a strategic location to get to the heart of Milan very quickly.

Porta Garibaldi Station, the Central trains Station and the new Fashion District ( Corso Como and ISOLA ) are just 4 stops away by Subway ( Line 5 ). Good connection to RHO - FIERA ( Trade expositions area ) and city center. The Gay area is very easy to reach till late with the tram number 5 close to the apartment. A market and a big supermarket, a big Gym, pharmacy, many pizzeria and bakery / pastry shops, bars, restaurants etc... in the surroundings.
