Modern shared apartment where you can sleep in a large new double sofa. 5 min. from subway station ( ISTRIA - M5 ), 20 min. from city center. Free parking available near the building. Nudist guests are welcome. 40% discount for one-month reservations. The apartment is completely new and furnished with washing machine, electric oven and microwave, coffee maker with capsules included, big screen Smart Tv, NETFLIX, new furniture everywhere, new bathroom with big shower and Dumbbells and other weights for those who need to work out a bit at home. It is the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in Milan and includes a fully equipped kitchen and free wi-fi. A basic breakfast with coffee, tea, cookies, pastries, etc. is included. You will share the apartment with me, I live there, but sometimes I am not there--for more information write to me privately. If you plan to come to Milan for business, fashion week, design week, tourism, shopping or if you plan to visit RHO - FIERA (exhibition area), this is a strategic location to get to the heart of Milan very quickly.

I was born in Puglia (South Italy) but I have been living in Milano since 2006. I've got a degree in Health care providing and a great passion for Art, Clubbing , Food and Fitness. Always available if you need any advice about city's attractions, directions, pubs and clubs etc..... Good connection to RHO - FIERA ( Trade expositions area ) and city center. The Gay area is very easy to reach till late with the tram number 5 close to the apartment. A market and a big supermarket, a big Gym, pharmacy, many pizzeria and bakery / pastry shops, bars, restaurants etc... in the surroundings.

Amazing stay with Fabrizio, what a fantastic guy! Super friendly, amazing host, super knowledgeable about things to do. I can't recommend him enough, if you're looking for a place to stay in Milano, then he's your guy. Super cute apartment, location is perfect, close enough to everything you want, but also quiet enough, well, silent, to have a very very good night's sleep. The bed is superrrr comfortable and i slept so well. Grazie Mille troppo Fabrizio!!! Abbraccione!!

Fabrizio is a very sincere, kind, tidy, and communicative person. I felt completely comfortable at his home, just like being at my own place. I will especially never forget his coffee! At Fabrizio's home, you can feel totally relaxed and safe.

Fabrizio's accommodation is very beautiful, welcoming and well-furnished, as well as clean. It is easily accessible from Istria metro station and is located in a very quiet area. Fabrizio was an exceptional host, kind, thoughtful and helpful, even giving me advice on where to eat well nearby. I highly recommend him.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was a few minutes walking from Metro station. It is one bedroom flat with open plan sofa bed living area where a guest stays. As host says that he lives there. He needs to have access through kitchen and bathroom from his bedroom. Be mindful that it will have some sound and disturbance passing through by the host. I struggled to fall asleep. It was my own fault that I did not think about an issue of sound. I stayed there for five nights. I will definitely choose to sleep in a bedroom in the future travel.
