The space: You'll have the entire home to yourself, including a spacious bedroom with a large 4K flatscreen TV, mini fridge/freezer, and sitting area. You enter via a beautiful private courtyard, which brings in a fantastic amount of natural light throughout the day.

🛌 The bedrooms are not street-facing, which makes it extremely peaceful. A quiet and powerful AC ensures the perfect temperature year-round. The bed is a kingsize high-end boxspring with firm texture for great restorative sleep.

🛁 Our luxurious bathroom is custom-built with the finest materials, mood-lighting, a heated towel rack and a heated floor.

🛏 There is a second bedroom with a twin bed, perfect for kids or additional guests. We can also set this room up as a dedicated office for work trips upon request.

🛜 The entire house is equipped with ultra-fast WiFi - and we have a dedicated workspace with 4K monitor in the second bedroom.

☕ We offer a coffee/tea station and fully stocked pantry, but we do not have a kitchen. We do offer a microwave and small fridge/freezer.

🚗 We offer a private parking garage at an additional charge.

Guest access: Certain areas of the building are not accessible, but if you wish to receive a private tour of the building, we're more than happy to show you!

Other things to note We provide a fridge/freezer, microwave, wine glasses & opener, coffee, tea, water kettle, and refreshments, but we do not have a full kitchen.
