ENTIRE SECOND FLOOR OF HOME WITH SEPARATE PRIVATE ENTRANCE Minimum 3-night stay, up to 30 days. The Possibility of more than 30 days is available. NO SMOKING, no pets & no parties. *Please note: The light switch for the stairs is at the inside front entrance door on the right side of the door and the other one is upstairs. When it is turned on, it takes two minutes for it to automatically turn off. Updated sanitation and cleaning procedures to keep our guests safe during this time. As always, we are continuing to clean and sterilize and sanitize our entire unit after each guest. We are also continuing our contactless self-check-in and check-out services with a private entrance for our guests. The entire second floor will be blocked once reserved for privacy for your stay. *The primary residents will be present on the separated first floor during the stay of our guests. There are 4 bedrooms - there are three rooms with Queen beds (rooms # 1, 2, &3). Room #4 has 2 Twin XL single beds. Each room (except room 4 which shares with common area) has its own private bathroom and include a TV with Cable, Wifi, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Kitchenette attached to common area has a countertop Electric cooktop (1500W hotplate), microwave, and refrigerator. Coffee is provided. (Furniture subject to change) Laundry room with washer and dryer, and laundry detergent provided. Ideal for large groups, business travelers, families, professionals. Every room has own private bathroom. Per one of our guests: "There is an area in the front of the home to gather and to soak up some California sun!" Approximately 2000 square feet.
