This is my first negative review. The description of the room said I had a view. It was of a wall. It was hot and they provided a fan but it rattled loudly. Only one of the windows opened and it was hot. It said there were stairs only and no lift but they were very narrow, dangerous stairs and no one offered to help with my luggage. Their version of cleaning the room was throwing the blanket over the pillows. I wouldn't care if it hadnt been expensive and they hadnt said it was luxury. It wasnt luxury and I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my concerns
