“The single greatest hostel on earth. Everything you could want from a hostel is here. A cheap and well stocked bar, €10 pizzas (& free drink) available 24/7 that taste fantastic & always helpful and friendly staff! The showers are brilliant, so hot & so powerful! The location of the hostel couldn't be better. You are right in the centre and not far at all from the train station. Their secure locker system is brilliant, plenty of space and cheap! You also get a locker with your bed, remember to bring a lock! I have stayed here a few times now and it's absolutely brilliant each time, the guests are all friendly & you will make many new friends, I would definitely, 100%, recommend this hostel to everyone!”

This hostel is located in shopping street Nieuwendijk in the center of Amsterdam. Flying Pig Downtown has a bar and 24-hour front desk. Amsterdam Central Station is a 3-minute walk.

Each dormitory room comes with bunk beds and shared shower and toilet facilities. The private room comes with a TV to stream Netflix or Youtube, refrigerator and private bathroom which is fitted with a shower.

A continental buffet breakfast is available every morning at The Flying Pig. You can enjoy a drink in the hotel’s bar. There is a wide variety of cafes and restaurants in the direct surroundings of Flying Pig Downtown.
