Sure Hotel by Best Western Annecy is located just 2.2 mi from Annecy Lake and a 4-minute drive from Annecy city center. It offers rooms with free WiFi access.

Please note that guests must reserve access to the spa and sauna before arrival. There is a surcharge for the spa and sauna which is payable on site (68€ for 2 pers for 1 hour). For children under 5 years old, breakfast is free, between 5 and until 12 years old breakfast is priced at 8€. From 12 years old on breakfast is at 15€. Pets are allowed with a fee 15€/day/animal Please note that guests must present ID upon arrival. Guests are not permitted to invite non-guests onto the property. Please note that the restaurant is closed every Sunday evening and 1 more day per week. The price of the Italian Buffet is 25€ per person and Savoyard buffet is 30€ per person. The restaurant serves a buffet with many dishes 25€ italian buffet 30€ savoyard (starters, main hot dishies and desserts home made). A terrace is open in summer. This apartment does not have air conditioning.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Strengths: bed quality, good reading light. Weaknesses: ugly exterior, with an abandoned boat instead of trees, outdated decor in hallways and rooms, TV only available in English (reminder: we're in France). Major issue: electric car charging (impossible to use charge cards, only credit card but no receipt or invoice, abusive pricing - you pay per minute, even after full charge, great for a hotel, you have to get up in the middle of the night to stop the vending machine, and hotel staff has no knowledge of how it works!
