Unveiling the Hotel

Nestled in Mediterranean grounds among granite headlands and white-sand beaches, the Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi is located by the sea, with views of Capo Carbonara Bay, Marine Protected Area.

Resort's private sandy beach is equipped with parasols and deck chairs. The resort offers sailing, water sports, private yoga sessions, open-air fitness and much more. Tennis and football courts are also available.

Each room, suite and villa in the resort features air conditioning, mini-bar and flat screen TV. Bathrooms are fitted with a rain shower, a hairdryer and luxury toiletries.

Guests will find 1 bottle of mineral water in the room upon arrival as well as a beach bag with a bathrobe, beach towels and slippers available for the entire stay.

If you prefer a relaxing evening, you can enjoy a refreshing drink in the open air, with accompanying music. The Acquapura Spa offers massages, beauty treatments and an outdoor infinity swimming pool with hot tub.

The first row of parasols on the beach can be booked directly at the hotel, for a fee. Parasols and sun loungers are subject to availability. In accordance with Italian law, cash payments are accepted only up to a maximum amount of 4.999,99 € per stay. For payments of 5.000,00 € or more, a traceable payment method is required. Kindly note that certain areas of the spa centre are designated for adults only. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Requests cannot be guaranteed in advance. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside rooms or indoor common areas is not allowed and may result in a cleaning fee. A damage deposit may be required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded at check-out, subject to inspection of the accommodation. Please note that vouchers from 3rd party companies are not accepted at the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
