Euro Disney is responsible for the proper performance of the services booked and shall provide appropriate assistance if guests are in difficulty. Please note that complaints must be raised on-site with the concerned service provider. Complaints that cannot be resolved on-site must be transferred to Booking.com or Euro Disney via their official guest communication email address. If no satisfactory solution is found within 60 days, you may refer your case to the French Travel Mediator (MTV). Where Euro Disney is required to indemnify you, compensation will be limited to three times the amount of the booking, except for personal injury and damage caused intentionally or out of negligence.
