“Everything was fine except my friend sharing the room and expense with me needed to check-in before I got there so I called the Motel 6 front desk who took his name and reassured me he only needed to show his ID. Well, when he arrived, he was not allowed in until, after 45 minutes of pleading, a manager finally allowed it saying we should have made the arrangements with Expedia. Secondly, our towels were not replaced after the first night:(”
