On the top floor, Restaurant ROOF pairs seasonal cuisine with a rooftop terrace overlooking Tallinn — and breakfast is served with the same view. The Wine & Tapas Cellar, housed in the hotel's renovated historic wing, offers a curated wine selection, while the daily Chocolate Hour continues a beloved Mövenpick tradition every afternoon.
