The staff at the APA were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I always had clean towels and robes.
The rooms are a bit small but very efficient and all of my needs were met.
Coin operated laundry was available in the basement level, although the dryers will still leave your clothes damp even after 1h 30m of drying. There is a nearby Laundromat though....
