I stayed here for the weekend with my boyfriend. I specifically chose this hotel because it was gay friendly. When checking in we were told we were "lucky" because we were "upgraded" to a room with a full bed and a pull out couch. Implying that we didn't have to sleep in the same bed which was "better." I'm sure it was a simple mistake but it didn't feel welcoming. Our toilet barely flushed and the shower was dirty. The bed felt super firm. With breakfast you definitely get what you pay for (it's free). The best part of this hotel. It was a five minute walk from Times Square
