My experience of this place is that you get what you pay for, though I didn't expect it to be quite as cramped as it was. Check-in was rather simple and they do offer free breakfast, but you have to sign up for dinner before 4pm - I checked in at 6pm and was told dinner starts at 7pm but was bummed to find out I would have had to sign up before I even knew about it. The staff were kind but there is no reception aside from the virtual check-in. There is also one bathroom per floor and because it's so cramped it didn't always feel clean, there were a lot of nooks and crannies for germs to hide. I did end up booking a different stay as I figured out this wasn't the stay for me.
