Definitely a backpackers. Location is the best thing going for it, close to Central Station and Oxford St. Rooms are large but with many people in them. Few electrical outlets, and extension cords and strips snaking around the room. Shared mixed-gendered bathrooms with little ventilation. Breakfast is basic but decent (toast and cereals), but kitchen is quite small for the number of people staying here. Aggressive signage about not using your own bedding, and no towels provided.
