In accordance with Italian law, cash payments are accepted only up to a maximum amount of 4.999,99 € per stay. For payments of 5.000,00 € or more, a traceable payment method is required. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Requests cannot be guaranteed in advance. Pets are allowed upon request and a supplement of 39,00 EUR applies. Pets are not permitted in the spa areas. Kindly note that certain areas of the spa centre are designated for adults only. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside rooms or indoor common areas is not allowed and may result in a cleaning fee. A damage deposit may be required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded at check-out, subject to inspection of the accommodation. Please note that vouchers from 3rd party companies are not accepted at the property. Photos are provided for illustration purposes only. Actual room layout, furnishings, decoration, or views may vary depending on availability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
