“The hotel is as described. It’s in a great location to the beach and walking distance to some of the popular destinations like Blondies and the Pier. So close to walk to Mantamar and Blue Chairs Beach Club. The staff accommodated a room change for me since I had an injury and couldn’t climb stairs. You received room cleaning everyday and the water was really hot. Actually probably the best out of several places I’ve stayed before. The room had two bathrooms and the living room with each room was awesome adding the kitchen was great store water and beer. ”

We were excited about the Pelitas' location. We were able to walk to the ocean and a lot of places easily. However, the pictures were not representative of the property. The pool was stuck down in a courtyard that almost never saw any sun. We hardly saw anyone use it. The floors were dirty when we arrived. The tiny balcony was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The toilet barely worked. Very little water pressure and it kept getting clogged. The tank took a very long time to fill before you could flush it again. We called to have it fixed; they came and looked at it, but it was never fixed. Initially, we liked the rustic feel over a sleek modern hotel; however, we will not stay here again. It was not worth the money spent. Very disappointing.

Our room was street level and very noisy. We had to find another location. The price per night was not what was noted on Misterbnb... the hotel charged a higher price when we got there. I sent a message to mister bnb and was referred to booking.com. Not a great experience but the hotel staff was great about it all.
