The room with its own bathroom offers privacy and coziness and was comfortable. Rome was experiencing a big heatwave when I was there, so the room a a bit warm but Andrea made sure there were fans available to help cope. I would definitely recommend staying here – the neighbourhood is charming and it's quite easy to travel to the main sites."

U need a taxi (8€) to go playa des ingles or Maspalomas but they offer free bikes too. There is a bus too that goes fast. Nice breakfast and very helpful and friendly hosts."

Mark·5·Dec. 2025· "An excellent stay at Vincent's great apartment in the 19th Arrondisement. As it was Christmas when I stayed I didn't see Vincent however communication was excellent. It's a great apartment on the 17th floor with amazing views over north Paris. The bathroom has a fabulous power shower.
The area has great cafes, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended."
