I made the correct choice of not going to the city center; but to spend time in their lovely home and the surrounding community. There was always something new to find within the home, just like the hosts themselves. I felt very welcomed, like I can ask them anything or even just say anything I want to share. My stay, although short was...perfect. I lived like a king!"

It's in a gorgeous natural setting, with plenty of comfortable seating options dotted around the very well-kept yard. There are gorgeous local beaches and natural park walks/hikes within easy walking or driving distance. I'd definitely recommend this home for a few days rest and relaxation. I'll be back!"

Rob·5·Aug. 2026· "What a delightful spot. I had my own bedroom (which, yes, is attached to a nicely stocked playroom). The place is super close to both S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations, so it is super easy to get anywhere—quite useful in a city as spread out as Berlin. And the hosts were just fantastic. Jon took me to see the partial eclipse the moment I arrived. They helped tell me where to go and what to do, both adult themed and otherwise. The conversations made me feel more like a friend than a paying guest."

Gilbert, wagging tailed dog and Toby & Indi cats added to my happy time. The property offered lots of places to wander and relax, which were especially beautiful during sunset. Being in the country, the starry night skies were alive - sadly no Aurora Australis this time. Amazing Tassie places to explore were not too far during the day. thanks J, G, T & I"

Jan·5·Sep. 2025· "We stayed for 3 nights at Toon's place in Herzele. Perfect place to make nice cycle trips and for visits like Oudenaarde and Gent. Toon's place is a beautifully restored farmhouse with lots of space and with lots of amenities. We enjoyed it all. Toon is a host as you wished. Thanks Toon.
