Sathya did an amazing job as a host and does an amazing job at keeping his place clean, tidy, and very nice. I felt very at home and had privacy if I wanted it with my own room. Overall the experience was amazing thanks to Sathya and his home. (PS: his cats and dog are VERY cute and friendly, but yet home did not smell like cat and dog, it was clean and you'd never even know they were there!)"

He took me to some fantastic cultural experiences here and his cooking is amazing! I felt being taken care of so warmly at my very first days of my study here. Good guy to make a friendship!"

I slept well and discovered a new area of Brighton. They are well placed between Preston Park and Seven Dials which is full of great cafes and it's just a short walk from the station."

The room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the canal, and had a private bathroom and some basic amenities. It's in a great location - only a 5 min walk to a Puregym, 10-15 mins to the city centre. It's really great value for money, I would definitely recommend staying here, and I look forward to visiting again!"

Kieran·5·Aug. 2026· "I had a lovely time staying at Mark and Steph's lovely flat in the centre of Hanley, it really is as beautiful inside as the photos, they were very communicative, so warm and welcoming and the hospitality was so nice, we enjoyed some lovely, and not so lovely (don't bother with gladiator 2 lol) movies in the sofa bed that I stayed on in the beautifully open plan flat. Location is very central and found it perfect for walking in and around the city center.
We had some lovely conversations together and really reminded me why I enjoy coming into Misterb&b as you get to meet some lovely hosts, was just sad all the pottery museums were closed when I was there!"
