His house boasts an unbeatable location in Paris, but the accommodation itself is truly wonderful: beautiful, decorated with exquisite taste and complete comfort, highlighting air conditioning in all rooms, a bathroom with a spectacular giant shower, and an ultra-comfortable bed where you sleep like a dream. Frank thinks of everything, surprising me with the thoughtful touch of leaving me sweets and water on the bedside table, offering breakfast, and giving me local recommendations that are pure gold for making the most of the city. Without a doubt, on my next trip to Paris I will stay here again with my eyes closed; a 10-star experience and 100% recommendable!"

Having pool and jacuzzi was a big bonus and close to everything. We had a great time chatting during the day(if around), but mostly at night before bed. I would suggest you ask him about parties he has. And if you would like to have one during your stay. It's very easy set up and breakdown and def worth it. Good times!! But just know your help will be needed. I recommend you check out North Italia, if you like Italian food. About 15 mintutes from house. Every thing is made in house. Suggest the shrimp scampi and bolognese. All in all a wonderful stay with a wonderful host. Tim is very friendly and doesn't mind helping you. I will definitely stay again. If you are looking for a nice place with a cool guy. This is the perfect place!"

Even though we had different schedules and I tend to sleep late, he was very accommodating, and we were able to share the room and bed without any issues. He also has a great sense of humor and is very inclusive. The area is also great and a quick subway trip to major parts of the city. Highly recommended."

The breakfast was excellent, and the apartment is located in a lovely, quiet, and family-friendly neighborhood. The tram is just a short walk away and makes it very easy to reach the city center within a few stops.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Munich and there is availability. I highly recommend it!"
