There are great restaurants nearby, banks with ATMs, convenience stores, and a Subte (subway) station which offers easy access to the rest of the city. Pavlo's space is stunning--perfect for artists looking for inspiration. Pavlo is also a wonderful host. He provided me with a Subte card that I could put ******** on, offered to cook for me a few of times, and is a great conversationalist. I highly recommend staying at his place!"

The apartment is very clean, the bed is comfortable and there's plenty of space. Highly recommended. Thank you both for this wonderful stay."

At night we would discuss our days over a glass of wine and one evening we enjoyed a meal together. And got hooked on watching a Netflix show. Highly recommend for location and friendliness of host. Hoping to return next year."

Jason·5·Jan. 2026· "I had a great experience staying with Brian. He wasn't home when I arrived, but he sent me thorough arrival notes. So I felt really comfortable settling myself in. The house is quiet and cozy, with lots of little touches of beauty inside and out. The bed has a deluxe mattress topper, so I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. When Brian arrived, we chatted for about an hour before I headed to bed. I really enjoyed his company and felt totally at ease in his home. I would definitely stay here again!"

His apartment is very spacious, has all of the facilities for a very comfortable stay, and is very tastefully decorated with artwork and greenery.
