Andrea warmly welcomed me when I arrived, and he had already provided me with a wealth of information on places to visit and eat at. His apartment is very spacious, has all of the facilities for a very comfortable stay, and is very tastefully decorated with artwork and greenery. There are a variety of eating places and shops in the neighbourhood, and it is well served by public transport. Thanks for your great hospitality, Andrea!

My stay at this apartment was absolutely outstanding. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and provided the ultimate level of comfort throughout my stay. The hospitality was truly remarkable, and the host was incredibly helpful, professional, and always available to assist with anything needed, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. One of the best highlights of this place is its exceptional green location, surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere while still being very close to everything you may need, including bars, restaurants, cafés, and parks, all within easy reach. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and perfect location made this stay unforgettable. We had a lovely stay at Andrea's B&B. The communication was excellent—Andrea provided clear instructions, making check-in seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming. The only downside was that the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, which made sleeping a bit less restful. That said, everything else about the stay was great, and I'd happily recommend Andrea's B&B to others visiting Milan!

My partner and I loved our stay with Andrea. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and spacious and in a fantastic location close to shops and restaurants and the gay district. The private bathroom and access to washer and dryer were a huge plus too. But more than that, Andrea is a great host -- kind, helpful, and communicative. He routinely shared local tips that benefitted my partner and I throughout our stay and even invited my partner and I to spend time with him and his friends upon our arrival. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Would highly recommend!
