Nice little room with balcony in completely renovated apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Very quiet condominium in the middle of greenery.
🚇 Well connected to the city center with the new subway.
You will share with me the living room and bathroom .
When work commitments allow me , I am happy to share 4 chats and a bitter in the living room .
Always available to give you information about the city and gay life .
🍝I can also offer you an Italian dinner with wine and dessert for 20 euros (thanks for letting me know a little in advance) .
💆🏻♂Possibilità of massage on professional massage table (info in private).
Nudity is welcome if you want to attend the house in a "natural" way as long as without morbidity or inappropriate requests.
Possibility of free and easy parking around the building .
About 150 meters away is the public transportation stop (streetcar and new M4 metro) to easily reach the center (15 minutes to Duomo and SanBabila) and Linate airport (10 minutes).
The GAY area of Porta Venezia can be reached in 15 minutes by urban train or metro.
Please consider that all guests must pay at check-in the tourist tax provided by the City of Milan (NOT included in the room rate).
