Very comfortable apartment, ideal for accommodating 1 or 2 people. Located on floor 6 of a building with an elevator. The house is divided into living area with TV, sofa and kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed (the room is positioned to ensure its privacy even if there is no door), a modern bathroom with shower, completes the apartment a small balcony where you can possibly smoke a cigarette.
The Pasteur and Rovereto subway stations are a 5-minute walk to any area of Milan, and the traditional streetcar 1 can also be used to reach the city center with a view.
The apartment is completely new and furnished with washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, screen TV, air conditioning, free wi-fi, Netflix and new furniture everywhere. It is the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in Milan, with bars and restaurants nearby.
You will share the apartment with me, I live there and I will sleep in the living area while hosting you/you in the bedroom.
If you plan to come to Milan for business, fashion week, design week, tourism, shopping or if you plan to visit RHO - FIERA (exhibition area), this is a strategic location to get to the heart of Milan very quickly.
Nudists are welcome.

Smoking is not allowed in the house but on the balcony is.
I love animals and would like to have lots of them but my apartment is modest in size so I cannot accommodate them as well.
If you want to set yourself at liberty inside the apartment you can do so, sometimes it happens to me too. If you go out on the balcony cover yourself at least with one hand 😉
I value hygiene and I always sit down to pee, if you could do that too I would be grateful ☺
