New very comfortable loft, ideal for accommodating 1 or 2 people. The location in the inner courtyard makes it easily accessible, being on the ground floor. The house is divided into living area with TV, sofa and double bed where you will sleep and kitchen area with above a room with single bed where I sleep. a bathroom with shower completes the apartment. Pasteur and Rovereto subway stations are a 5-minute walk to any area of Milan, and the traditional streetcar 1 can also be used to reach the city center with a view.

The apartment is completely new and furnished with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, screen TV, air conditioning, free wi-fi and new furniture everywhere. It is the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in Milan, with bars and restaurants nearby. You will share the apartment with me, I live there. If you plan to come to Milan for business, fashion week, design week, tourism, shopping or if you plan to visit RHO - FIERA (exhibition area), this is a strategic location to get to the heart of Milan very quickly. Nudists are welcome. Tourist tax included, 6.30€ per day.

Luca is a very nice person, easygoing and welcoming. He was willing to facilitate everything. My stay was really convenient as I was there for work with intense calendar. We had only very short time to share together, but I would recommend this place without any hesitation.
