- the apartment is in a quiet condominium: I ask you to respect the silence that is required by the condominium rules from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am;
- the bathroom and kitchen will be shared spaces: therefore we will both strive to keep it clean and tidy, taking care to arrange what we use and to reduce the time of use, so as to leave availability to each other;
- please do not invite other guests;
- you will have space reserved for you in the bedroom and in the refrigerator in the kitchen: if you need more space I would ask you to let me know.
I hope you will enjoy your stay here and feel at home. Feel free to ask me for help whenever you need it.
