Didn't get to spend much time with him but had good chats when we did. Place and room as as described, very homely and comfortable. They even prepared a dinner that we shared in a warm atmosphere.
I felt very comfortable and well received at Jean-Luc and Benoît's place.
Not only were my expectations met, but they were far exceeded.
They know how to welcome their guests and take care of them.

The host stocked tons of thoughtful amenities (great coffee/tea, extra toiletries, chargers, plush towels) that really leveled up our trip. The place is tucked in a North western suburb of Chicago and is about 30 mins away from downtown and North Halstead. The place is well connected though and is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is extremely tidy and cozy which puts you at home. Keep up the good work Roberto!!"
