The house is a bit cold and there are some cleaning details to improve, but the location is perfect, everything is very close to you. I would definitely stay here again."

Alex and Miguel arranged a delicious and special traditional meal for my arrival. The bed was incredibly comfortable, just like a 5-star hotel! They were wonderful!"

Spenser·5·Oct. 2025· "This is an amazing place to stay. The location is great, near downtown Detroit and by the river. It's easy access with their instructions, and is secure. It's beautiful inside, nicely designed and decorated, clean, and lots of space to enjoy.
Mike and Jeff are very sweet guys, very hospitable and personable. Jeff even prepared some light food for me for a late dinner after visiting a while and realizing I hadn't eaten yet.
I'm excited to go back and stay there again soon!"

The accommodation is extremely clean and they are both very proud people. They are wonderful people to talk and learn from. It was spotlessly clean, organized, in a safe environment and within walking distance to markets, dining and, most importantly, the beaches. His description of his home and the pictures in his post are accurate. He responded to my messages promptly and was reliably responsible. He was able to provide me with a beach towel and umbrella, which significantly lessened my travel load. I would recommend his hospitality without reservation."
