James & Ken are Wonderful, Kind, Caring and their House feels so welcoming, warm and inviting. Ken was decorating the front yard for Halloween when I pulled up and it made me Smile. He showed their beautiful home and they have two little doggies, They are adorable and once they are done barking hello, they just lick your ankles and wag their tails and allow you to pet them. They are so adorable. James is a RN and a Massage Therapist and I had a relaxing massage and the music was so soothing and enchanting. I loved staying there. Thank you again to the both of you. Ken & James created a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. They were friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about the area and offered great recommendations. The property was clean, well decorated, and stocked with essentials for every traveler. The home is in a great location with easy access to many different activities, including the beach. Overall, the stay was fantastic! The combination of welcoming hosts, comfortable accommodation, and convenient location made for a great trip!

It was indeed a peaceful and restful stay at James and Ken's lovely home. I enjoyed my time there and also me lovely fur ladies Lexi and Dixie. J and K were kind, attentive, and checking on me if there was something else I needed during my stay. The beautiful backyard and pool where I read a book while sunbathing. Though the weather didn't cooperate, hehe. Another time then. I also enjoyed the surrounding areas, Park Philippe and Courtney Campbell Causeway, which were just a few minutes away which served as a training and cooling down locations for running. Another hobby of mine. Thanks again and would definitely recommend staying with them! ;-*

I had a fantastic week at Peaceful Pool/Room by the bay! Hosts were fantastic and helpful during my work week. Bedroom and bath were immaculate and comfortable. Communication before and during were perfect. Great recommendations for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this place if you are in Clearwater area. You will meet a couple wonderful pups, too!!

What an amazing trip. Ken and James were a delight. That made sure i had everything I needed. Nice pool area and convenient to everything. James is also a truly gifted licensed massage therapist. I'll go back!!
