About Our Home & House Guidelines Location, location, location! We are right in the heart of Brisbane City, just one block from Queen Street Mall, close to South Bank, Roma Street Parklands, the Cultural Centre, and with excellent public transport connections, including to and from Brisbane and Gold Coast airports. Our apartment is on the 37th floor, offering lovely west-facing views toward the Brisbane River and South Bank. Facilities & Comfort You'll have access to the building's amenities: a 25m lap pool, heated plunge pool/spa, sauna, gym, and BBQ area. Please note: building facilities are NOT clothes-optional. The apartment is fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchenware, and appliances, just bring your suitcase, good hygiene, and positive energy. Meals and massages are available at an additional cost. Parking is available only at certain times, please enquire before booking. The apartment and building are pet-free, vape-free, and smoke-free. Who We Welcome & Our Lifestyle Our home is a safe, respectful, and open-minded space for mature gay single men, m/m couples, nudists, travelers (locals and internationals), backpackers, and students. Guests 30+ are especially welcome. We are long-time in-home and outdoor nudists and enjoy sharing our space with guests who are comfortable with this lifestyle. Immaculately clean throughout. Great location - close to everything in the city centre. Gym/sauna/pool super handy in the same building - would recommend to all. Lovely guys, really easy stay, super quick communication.

What a fantastic place to stay in Brisbane CBD! The apartment: fabbo! Spotlessly tidy, the bedroom, superbly appointed; the provided facilities, excellent. The location: right in the heart of everything; transport (buses, trains incl airport train, river ferries); short walks to food, culture (galleries & theatre over river), gardens, shops. The hosts: Luke & Oscar are fantastic; welcoming, attentive but respectful of private space; good for a chat; & enthusiastic & inclusive nudists. Thank you!

Had a great stay with 2 exceptional hosts Mauricio and Luke who made you feel welcome from the very first moment of meeting them. If you want privacy or the option to spend time with the hosts this is the place . Hence why a 5* review as you read on.. The location, free parking and description of the apartment were the first things we looked for with having our own private bathroom being next to the bedroom. Both immaculately clean and the bedroom has a very comfy bed and plenty of hanging space and even a desk if you need. The whole apartment was immaculate and having the option to use the kitchen was useful and sharing the living space with the guys was nice as well as having your own privacy too. Having the clothing optional is just that no pressure too if you don’t but suits me as that’s who I am lol We loved the enclosed balcony space which has large open windows with great views over the river where the guys offered to have a wine and asked if there was anything we wanted to know about the city. They recommended a great place to eat and go to for entertainment after. Offered a cooked Brekki in the morning which’s was delish and asked if needed anything else before leaving Definitely will be staying here next trip to Brisbane as why look to stay somewhere else when everything ticked all the boxes Thanks again for an amazing welcoming stay and look forward to the next one. Thank you
