Hello! I'm Ocean, a single and open LGBTQ guy living in a beautiful house in a great location. I am offering here the lovely, peaceful, fully self-contained, entire lower level of the house, with shared use of the pool, hot tub, backyard, and laundry. It's basically your own apartment! I'm located in Milton, close to Suncorp Stadium.
You have your own independent entry via the front car port, which you're also free to park a car in if desired. My home is 100% clothing optional, and I'm also a seasoned naturist.
I'm flexible regarding contact and open-minded to different experiences. You can either have a quiet stay mostly to yourself and I'm mindful of your space, or any other level of contact too. You decide!

The inside area includes a very comfy bedroom, large walk-in wardrobe with ample storage space, full laundry, full bathroom, dedicated living + dining room, and a kitchenette with enough amenities to cook a full meal.
The outside area comprises a large pool, a hot tub, twin sun lounges + drinks table under retractable marquee umbrella, a large padded lie-flat deck chair, hammock, a nice grassy space, multiple succulent gardens, spacious sunny courtyard, and plenty of spots to nude sunbathe, including one corner that is 100% private from neighbours' view.
Pool and hot tub: For luxurious nude swimming and soaking, you won't find anything better in Brisbane. :) My large private pool and hot tub both have a 100% non-chlorine system. You'll submerse into silky smooth water, and emerge smelling refreshed, clean, and odourless - you just might want to stay in the water all day long. ;) Hot tub is kept at default 40ยฐ C (104ยฐ F).
Rooms: The main bedroom is a big hit with guests, has a comfy kingsize bed, quality bedding, and aircon. The living room with kitchenette is a beautifully bright space. Now can be a second bedroom with sofa bed option (see photos), folds out to extra wide single bed, suitable for a single adult or potentially two kids. The bathroom connecting the bedroom and living room has a nice natural stone vibe, and a fantastic high-pressure shower.
Internet: Super fast 1000 Mbps / 50 Mbps Internet, including gigabit ethernet. Wi-Fi extends to the whole pool and hot tub area.
Laundry: Full laundry with 90ยฐ hot washing, portable clothes line, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Kitchenette: Mini fridge with micro freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric hob, smoothie maker, sandwich press, large skillet, pots, chopping boards, + other cooking basics.
Digital entertainment - HD Apple TV with YouTube Premium connected to a 32-inch 4K Samsung display + big soundbar.

โข For clothing optional visiting, standard 'nudist etiquette' applies. Please sit on a towel on any indoor furniture - or alternatively, you can just keep your whole self pristine at all times! Plenty of fresh towels are provided.
โข Kindly turn off air conditioning when you go out, thank you.
โข Please don't take any amenities that are reusable/non-consumable (like towels, liquid dispensers, travel adapters, umbrellas, etc.). A fee may be applied.
โข Please respect the 10am check-out time, we often need to start cleaning at 10am to reset the place.
