The complex is generously provided with a private heated pool area, multiple outdoor garden chill-out zones, a huge gym, & access to the private cinema and spa tub rooms (at additional cost).

Bedroom:
Enter the stylishly furnished bedroom. Rest on a plush Queen-size bed featuring LED lights and Sheridan linen with both bamboo and microfibre pillows. Ample storage space, a spacious wardrobe. Floor to ceiling blinds offer a stunning view of the entertainment precinct and city skyline, with block out blinds provided. With your own TV with full access to Netflix included in your stay, or stream your own shows to the built in Chromecast.

Bathroom:
Your private bathroom, and exclusively for your use. The spacious walk-in rainfall head shower before drying off with the soft Sheridan towels. A Bosch washer & dryer is also located in this bathroom, which you are welcome to use.

Living Area:
Relax and unwind in the spacious living area and enjoy the huge 75" 4K TV. Or take in breathtaking city views through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Kitchen:
For those who love to cook, our fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. It features an oven, cooktop, & dishwasher. A fridge freezer & microwave, with a full range of glassware, crockery, cutlery, & cookware available. Enjoy meals at either the breakfast bar, or the balcony.
The kitchen also features a hot drinks station for your use. We provide a coffee pod machine with a range of pods. Instant coffee, sugar & milk are also included. If you are more of a tea drinker, we have a tea chest featuring a range of different types.

Balcony:
Enjoy stunning views of Fortitude Valley and the city skyline.
Enjoy a cocktail or a couple of wines sitting at the elevated bar table with a view, or chill out enjoying the morning sun with a coffee and your favourite novel on the plush chair.

Guest access
As a valued guest, you have access to the whole apartment, with the exception, of course, of our private bedroom and bathroom. We enjoy using the living area and balcony as well, but your enjoyment of these spaces is our utmost priority.

During your stay
Your hosts are a friendly couple, happy to socialise with you or have a drink if you like, or to offer you as much privacy as you prefer.

Car Parking:
Please note that no car parking space comes with this apartment, however you can request a secure car parking space in the complex through the hosts for an additional charge of $30/night.

Massage: Troy is a fully qualified remedial massage therapist and massages are available in the apartment. Both of us are trained in sensual massage, so choose your style, or indulge with both of us at the same time!

Private Cinema and Spa Rooms:
The management of the complex charge a “cleaning fee” of $45 to use any of the large private spa (hot tub) rooms or the private cinema room. On top of this they take a bond of $200 to cover any damage that may be caused. Bookings are essential through your host.
