Alongside offering my deluxe downstairs suite (in a separate listing linked on my profile), I offer this cosy and comfortable room in the upstairs area I live in, at a more affordable rate. 😊

I'm located in Milton, close to Suncorp Stadium.

This room is nice for a short/multi-night gay stay. Or, if you need somewhere temporary while thinking about longer-term options, this might also be ideal.

My place is 100% clothing optional. Both myself and other guests downstairs are very often nude.

I also sometimes host downstairs guests via Aіrbnb. Occasionally, these guests are private-stay guests, and during those short stays, we can't go outside on the deck or downstairs to backyard. A lot of the time though, the downstairs people are shared-stay, like-minded guests (LGBTQ, naturist, or compatible).

Please note: if you want guaranteed access to my pool + hot tub + backyard, you must book via my downstairs deluxe listing. With this cheaper room, it's not guaranteed, but I can try to make it likely that at least one night has access. I can advise when you make your booking enquiry.

This upstairs space has its own entry, is just for you and me, and is fully self sufficient, only apart from the laundry which is located downstairs.

Features:

Bedroom: Fully furnished with quality double bed and all bedding, ceiling fan, blow heater for the winter, clothing hanging/racks and shelving with hangers, work desk, large wall-mounted mirror, and privacy curtains to let the bright light in during day. Note: some of the furniture is a bit cheap but does the job, I plan to upgrade over time.

Internet: Amazing unlimited superfast connection - 1000 Mbps down, 50 Mbps up.

Bathroom: Shared with just me - shower, bath, toilet, basin, and some cupboard space to store things.

Full kitchen: Shared with just me - plenty of fridge/freezer space, air fryer, dishwasher, gas hobs, oven, plenty of cookware and pantry space, and I can buy a microwave if requested.

Full laundry: Situated downstairs - washing machine and dryer. Note: occasionally access to laundry may be not possible for a few days, if there's a private-stay guest down there. If need be, a local 24/7 laundromat is 10 mins walk away.

Living room: Some nice lounge and sofa spots, dining table, and nice mood lighting at night for nice vibes.

Deck: A peaceful area with a beautiful view over the pool and backyard, which will soon turn into a yoga and meditation space.

Backyard: When available: beautiful, large, chlorine-free pool + poolside hot tub! Entire place is clоthіng оptіоnal, and nυde sunbathing even in winter is nice!

Parking: Free 24/7 parking on the quiet street, I can assign a digital parking pass to your number plate.

Location: Great area close to the city centre. Train, bus, Uber - lots of good options.

• QAGOMA (Gallery of Modern Art and Queensland Art Gallery) is a world class venue housing some excellent art. Other venues include Institute of Modern Art (IMA) in Fortitude Valley, QUT Art Museum, and UQ Art Museum.

• Queen's Wharf is a spectacular entertainment precinct which provides free entry to the 'Sky Deck' on the top, an amazing platform with glass flooring to look down below. Good spot to see the very heart of Brisbane.

• Fortitude Valley - called 'The Valley' by locals - is our main gay district. It's quite close by Uber -10 minutes Uber there - or by train.

• Come to Daddy - the latest and greatest gay bar in town. Situated in the also gay friendly West End district. Cabaret, social nights, and more.

• Sportsman Hotel - long-established gay bar in The Valley! (And popular hangout for the lesbian and queer community.)

• The Beat Megaclub - gay dance club in The Valley! Good for Lesbians/wlw too.

• The Wickham - long-time openly LGBTQIA+ welcoming pub, with a beer garden and nightclub - and vegan pizza!

Gay nude activities

• Nude yoga has arrived in central Brisbane! Search "TNT Nude Stretch & Yoga" on Facеbook for class times.

Sexy spaces

• 'Wet' gay sauna is 10 mins drive from our place, or 30 min train+walk journey. I've been - it's quite nice! Great steam room. Lots of cruise corners and amenities.

• The Den Adult Concepts - a gay cruise club in The Valley with showers, slings, and glory holes. I haven't been...yet!

• Red Apple Massage and Day Spa (Asian girl masseurs) - 23min walk / 4 mins drive away. I haven't tried yet, but it's definitely an 'extras' place. ;)

There are many more sexy venues around Brisbane, including ones catering to bi people. I can share you a Gооgle Maps list of dozens of strip clubs, sеx shops, swingers clubs, massage parlours, old-fashioned brothels, and all the gay sexy venues, so that you can wander around the city and have fun finding places.

Do note, I'm not a huge party animal and I've only tried some of the above social places and sexy venues. You can help as a guest, by sampling some and reporting back. ;)

• Cancellation policy: because our place is in high demand, we have a strict cancellation policy. However, in the event that you cancel and I then find a last minute booking to replace some or all of the time you booked for, I am happy to provide a proportionate refund (minus platform fees which are not refundable). • No smoking - please smoke away from the property. Thank you! • No loud noise past 10pm. • For clothing optional visiting, standard 'nudist etiquette' applies. Please sit on a towel on any furniture - or alternatively, you could just keep your whole self pristine at all times! Fresh towels are provided. • Pool: please shower before entering the pool, to wash off any shampoos, conditioners, moisturisers, oils, etc. • Kindly note that if extreme mess is left and is beyond my usual clean, you may be required to pay for a deep clean. • Guests will be charged for any damages incurred during their stay.

Ocean was an amazing host, he was very generous and let me use his down stairs Unit which gave me excellent access to the pool and spa He cooked a meal for me on the first night which we ate outside in the beautiful tropical garden Overall 5 stars for everything, location, cleanliness and friendliest I would definitely visit any accommodation Ocean might have listed

Ocean's place was everything I needed for my time in Brisbane and then some! Ocean warmly welcomed me and showed me around and was available if I needed anything. Which I didn't because Ocean has thought of everything! Super comfortable and also convenient stay, with a short walk to shops, bus and train or across to Southbank

An oasis in Brisbane City! We had a wonderful time staying with Ocean. The property is beautiful and well kept, the bed was comfortable and room had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. Ocean was very accomodating and flexible with our check in time, which was appreciated. We would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

I had an excellent time staying with Ocean, only for one day, sadly. His house is clean and modern. Unfortunately the weather was a bit on the chilly side and I didn't get to use the pool and bath tub, but they looked awesome. Ocean is very friendly, and during my stay I had several interesting conversation and a very enjoyable time with him. I definitely recommend him and his place!

Ocean was very friendly and great company during my stay. Accommodation was simple but I had everything I needed. Very convenient location near trains and buses and there are restaurants within walking distance.

The place is certainly cosy, comfortable, quiet and beautiful. Ocean was an amazing host, a beautiful human being and went above and beyond to make my stay special. My 2 favourite spots were the hot tub and the yoga mats in the verandah. 100% recommended

Ocean is a lovely guy. He cooked a dinner for me and we had some conversations. The house is located near the train station but it can be a very steep road from the station to the house. The bedroom has windows, a good bed and a good blanket. It's actually a quite suburb. I cooked a breakfast in the kitchen. A clothing-optional place. Hot showers ✅ No problem during check-in and check-out. Respecting boundaries and friendly. Thank you so much Ocean!
