Enjoy a private room and own bathroom right in the heart of New Farm overlooking New Farm Park. My apartment has a generous balcony overlooking the park and is filled with my Art Deco treasures collected over a lifetime.
The location is so central with great public transport. Our buses and ferry are only meters away and now only 50c. New Farm is a gay friendly neighbourhood and adjoins the nightlife district of the Valley. I’ve lived in this area 41 years and am happy to make recommendations.

Great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance of my place. The valley with all its new and iconic gay clubs is a long walk or a short bus ride. The Wickham , the Den , the Beat. All super close. Drag bingo at our local pub is fun. I love going to the theatre and music. The powerhouse is in the park opposite and QPAC is a ferry ride away.
I’m pretty easy going. I’m very respectful of my guests privacy and happy to have as much or as little interaction with them. I’ll take your lead. I’ve lived in the area 41 years so can make local recommendations. I’ve recently retired so am starting hosting again in my new home after many years break.

This lovely apartment is in the heart of the most thriving pedestrian-friendly neighborhood in Brisbane. Phil is very friendly, and his home is immaculate. I immediately felt at home there.
Very convenient location, near to CBD and bus stops that are walking distance which covers most places of interest! Phil is also very welcoming and recommends great tips/locations!
Great location, clean, easy and super comfy! Phil is easy to chat with, I'm looking forward to staying again when I'm next in town.
Thanks Michael. Look forward to seeing you again!
