Simon is a very warm and welcoming host. The place is clean and tidy, and more than comfortable for a one person stay. Location-wise you'll find most of what you may need nearby such as food spots and an IGA. The bus station is also a convenient few minutes walk. I enjoyed the warm balcony and relaxing living space as well as the gentle feline company (I'll miss her!). Overall a very safe and comfortable space. Thank you for having me as your guest.

The stay with Simon was incredible. He's an excellent tour guide. He was very attentive, and the spaces were clean and tidy. His cat, Prax, is beautiful and super affectionate. I would definitely stay with him again.

I had a fantastic stay at Simon’s place in Bowen Hills and would happily stay here again. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a day exploring Brisbane. Having my own private bedroom and private bathroom was a huge plus and made the stay feel even more comfortable and convenient. Simon was an excellent host—friendly, attentive, easy to talk to, and always happy to help with anything I needed while still respecting my privacy. The apartment had everything I could ask for, including fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and all the essential amenities to make the stay feel like home. The location is excellent. It’s in a quiet area but only a short walk to plenty of fantastic restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and other stores nearby. Getting around Brisbane was easy thanks to the convenient public transport options close by. Overall, this was a clean, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay with a wonderful host. I highly recommend Simon’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located accommodation in Brisbane, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again on my next visit.

Beautiful, comfortable, well appointed, quiet apartment in an excellent location. Simon was a spectacular host, and so was his sweet kitty cat. I highly recommend, and I'll stay there again, next time I'm in Brisbane.

I enjoyed staying with Simon. Great place, and lovely guy. He made us feel very welcome and I even needed an iron to iron a work shirt which he organised the board and iron for me.

I spent a wonderful time at Brisbane, Bowens hills, at Simon's home. Everything is as described. Lot of space, clean and tidy. Simon is cool & opened minded. We had, when agenda permitted it, conversation and a cup of white Australian wine! Good communication with CBD.

Simon was a wonderful host. His place was immaculate and he made me feel comfortable from day 1. I stayed at his place for 7 days, and when I would return in the evening from my day of exploring we would sit and have a chat. I truly enjoyed my time at Simon's place and hope to return next year.
