The town center and harbor are within walking distance and there are plenty of public transportation options nearby: bus at the foot of the building for the entire Promenade des Anglais up to the airport, Vauban train station (bus) and Riquier train station (trains) not far away, and tram to Nice-Ville in 10 minutes. I also recommend Franck's massage!"

"I was delighted with my stay at Eric's place, who proved to be very friendly, welcoming and attentive. He prepared delicious, well-made dishes for us each evening. As for the breakfasts, they were generous and varied. A big thank you also for the massage, truly relaxing. Ideal location: I was able to visit Crest and its famous tower on foot, without needing to take the car. A real plus! I really recommend it and I will return with pleasure. Accommodation experience: The apartment is spotless and neatly arranged. Also, the space is bright and roomy, giving a comfortable, at-home feeling. Especially, the bed is extremely comfortable. The host: Gilles is very friendly and easy to get along with. Furthermore, he is always available if we have any questions. Overall, Highly recommended."

Good bus connections to the Saint-Charles train station. The Pharo neighborhood is pleasant and you can easily go to Plage des Catalans, right nearby.
