Nicolas's place is perfectly situated a few steps from the river Rhein and 15 minutes stroll to the town hall and, critically for me, thw Kunstmuseum.
The apartment is mid century with pared back elegance and SPOTLESSLY clean.
VERY sadly, Nicolas was away during my 2 night stay, so we didn't meet in person (a reason I stay via MisterB&B) but I FEEL I have met Nicolas because of his attentive and excellent communication. Highly recommended. LOVE"

Vincent is absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming. He provided local tips which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend his apartment and I would happily stay there again."
