"Having stayed in many properties on this site ..this is simply the best. The apartment in all aspects was exceptional as was the location. However when this is combined with an efficient and welcoming host it elevates the experience further. Within a couple of hours it felt like staying with a friend in their home rather than a few nights anonymous bed and breakfast. Great conversations and a meal out together were a bonus. A minor issue with car parking was easily sorted and Garrett is a mine of local information. We will be booking again."

"Andrea's home was even nicer than the photos suggested! It was a quiet neighbourhood, but close to lots of cafes and restaurants. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was already thought of. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and so kind. We unfortunately only met for a few minutes before I left, but I will most certainly be back! Thank you :)"

"A small but well organized flat near Angel. The communication with Miguel was perfect, we haven't met in person, but he replies to all messages very quickly. The apartment is not big, but well organized, and there is everything you need, plus some extras (coffee, tea, sugar, pasta, etc). The location is great, not far from the center, and with a bus stop at the door. And although the flat is at street level, it is extremely quiet, the street's noises can't be heard at all."

"Jay was a great host and very communicative. Easy check in with him. Lovely comfortable room in a spotless apartment. On 2nd floor in a lock without a lift so might be an issue if you have mobility issues."

"We stayed with Julian and Ricky for two nights. We had tickets for the ABBA Voyage and the venue is close to the B&B. We walked to the venue and came back by bus. Perfect. The B&B a very nice place in a nice neighbourhood and charmant hosts."

"Douglas' place was fantastic for my stay in London! The location was perfect, with the Nine Elms station just a minute's walk away, a Sainsbury's right across the street, and delicious restaurants right around the corner. The AC was a life saver in this heat wave! I also loved the rooftop gardens - such a great spot to sit and relax or take in the sunset over the city. Couldn't recommend more highly!"
