Welcome to my home. Bright and cosy double room located in the Trinity area. Very well connected by regular bus routes with the city centre and the main train and bus stations, as well as five minutes away from the bus stop to the airport. Local attractions like the Royal Botanic Gardens and Wardie Bay are within walking distance, with neighbourhoods like Stockbridge and Canonmills not very far off.

The listing is for the double room but you can feel free to use the bathroom, kitchen and living room as well, make yourself comfortable! Breakfast, tea and coffee making facilities are available.

You will share the flat with me, I am out at work during the day and will respect your space and privacy in the evenings if I'm there. Also, happy to chat and give advice and tips from a local point of view.

Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on the day, please don’t hesitate to ask if you need the times adjusted.

There’s an option for self check-in if I’m out on your arrival.

I have years of experience hosting through Misterbnb in different locations, hence the lack of reviews for this one.

Miguel was an excellent host. Although we barely overlapped due to schedules, he was always looking out for us and responded immediately to every question, giving us very good recommendations and making our stay easier. The room was comfortable, very clean and peaceful, and the communication with the city center and the airport is perfect. Plus, he was thoughtful enough to store our luggage on the last day. We would definitely stay with him again.

Miguel is a lovely host with a beautiful apartment. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, and the city center remains easily accessible thanks to the buses. Similarly, the apartment is easily accessible from the airport by bus.

My stay at Miguel's house has been wonderful. The house is beautiful, welcoming and decorated with great taste. Miguel was very kind and took care of my comfort at all times, provided me with useful information about the surroundings and the city, and made my first experience in Edinburgh much easier.
