He kindly upgraded me to his very well equipped single room - which has a largeTV with Netflix, hair-dryer, phone/tablet charging point, portable heater (not needed during my stay) and even an iron & ironing board! Nice bathroom with large shower. The kitchen/lounge area has a coffee machine, a selection of breakfast cereals, bread for toast and many hot drink options. Communication with Joe beforehand was excellent and we managed to share some time for a friendly chat. Nice to stay in a genuinely clothing optional place. Happy to recommend Joe's place to all, without hesitation. Thanks for your hospitality Joe! :)"
