My cosy room is in a quiet block but a 10 minute stroll to Brighton’s buzzing “gay village”. Open wardrobe, double bed, tea/coffee, bathroom opposite your room. Use of kitchen, and lounge when I’m not working.

Happy to offer tips and recommendations of what to do in and around the city. I love going out with friends, singing in my LGBTQ+ choir, eating out, cooking in and travelling.

I speak English, French and a little Italian.

I'm not a naturist myself but happy to let guests roam free and make themselves feel comfortable and at home.

I am in a block of flats so have neighbours on all sides, so this is not a party flat. Please be respectful during your stay :)

There is a balcony for smoking or sitting out if the weather is nice.

Brighton is a VERY LGBTQ+ friendly city. If you're a Brit, you may take it for granted, but for anyone travelling from less "gay friendly" places, Brighton can feel like paradise (well, paradise with a 50% chance of rain!) Brighton has dozens of LGBT-venues (sadly very few women only spaces, if any) including bars, cafes, restaurants, clubs, sauna, LGBT centre, nudist beach... I'm happy to give you some tips and advice.

I live in a quiet block with lovely, mostly elderly neighbours so please be respectful. Feel free to have fun in your own space. Please have a conversation with me about having any outside visitors. An occasional extra guest is okay but I do not want a stream of strangers in my place as you can imagine. No smoking indoors (there is a balcony).

Justin was responsive, welcoming and provided a lot of great recommendations to eat, drink and see in Brighton. A lovely apartment and close to many other sights in the city. Check in was easy and this experience made my first visit to Brighton very positive!

Justin was a delightful host. He was friendly, amenable and charming. The room was delightful and facilities ideal. Very knowledgeable on "all things Brighton". Everything was as expected. I would definitely stay there again. Also, I love the #2 bus - it stops right outside the door and takes/connects you to anywhere you may wish to go!
