I offer a spare bedroom with its own private bathroom, toilet, bathtub, and high-pressure shower. you can use the shared open-plan living room and kitchen, and i am happy to share all the kitchen appliances and cookware, as well as space in the fridge. The building is quite modern, with access to a rooftop terrace on the 12th floor, offering views of the whole city out to the sea. 5 minutes' walk from the North Laine shopping streets, 10 min from the Lanes.
2 min walk from Brighton train station. of course, all the LGBTQ hype is nearby, Seafront and Preston Park are only a 10-min walk away.
F45 gym at street level if you need your HIIT fix, and you can join me for a seafront run or early Yoga studio.
I have a lovely tiny Granny pussycat, so not if you are allergic. She will hide the 1st night and eventually may come say hello.
