"Great experience overall! I reached out last minute for a one-night stay, and Rey was incredibly accommodating and responsive. He's a wonderful host, kind, considerate, and easy to communicate with. He also shared great tips on restaurants and nearby beaches. The apartment is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, with great views. Everything was spotless and very comfortable, and the location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommended!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. First of all, the property itself was gorgeous. The guest suite had its own private bathroom and a private separate TV room. There was a hot tub and porch as well which I used while I was there. The host John is an extremely friendly, kind, and gracious host. He made breakfast the day we left, which we ate in his beautiful dining room. John was very pleasant to speak with. Though I had not planned on it, I also booked a massage with John. It was thoroughly relaxing, calming, and exactly what I needed. I came out feeling refreshed and in a great mood. I cannot speak on the town that much, as I did not have enough time to explore the area, but this home was a very helpful rest stop on my drive from Massachusetts to Georgia If I ever pass through this area again, I will not hesitate to stay here again. "I really enjoyed my stay at Doug's place. He is the perfect host: warm, helpful, and accommodating. The property is a very short walk to Wilton Drive and we saved so much money on Ubers. The most impressive part of his property is the thoughtfulness that he has put into each and every detail: spacious rooms, complementary beverages and snacks, plentiful plush towels, abundant hooks for towels and hanging items, in-room safe, private bath with large shower and quality grooming products, huge flat screen tv, Keurig coffee maker, keyless entry, parking spaces, shared breakfast room with everything one could want, heated pool, clothing-optional, plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, endless beach supplies, etc, etc. Doug's place is the model for how all misterb&b properties should be. I will absolutely stay here again."

"Greg and Rick were wonderful hosts, available when needed but also providing space and privacy, if needed. Everything was easy and enjoyable, and their home is amazing. Their large, creatively designed home allows spaces for privacy and for socializing with other guests. The outside space includes a pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. And the main step of Arvada, with restaurants and shops is a short distance (by foot or by car). If I return to Denver, I hope to stay with Greg again. Highly recommend!"

"David has an amazing place and is very clean. I felt very comfortable while here and he is very willing to accommodate to your needs. He also gives amazing massages and I highly recommend getting one from him during your stay. He is located in a great spot in the city, making it easy to walk and see things within the city. He also has a walking tour set up that allows you to view the city and see some of the historic sites. He very friendly and communicates very openly with you. He does a great job letting you know all of the information you need up front."
